The registration is done based on the hardware ID where the software is installed. Each PC has its own UNIQUE code. The serial number which activates the software is calculated based on the Hardware ID. The HWID is not found on phone, but on the PC. You launch and install the software, then the program gives you the ID. The ID is emailed to the developer and they will send you the activation after payment is complete. There is no other way for such apps.
